    Hi, How can I translate the title: "LATEST ARTICLES"

    I did not see such option on the costumazation translation.  Also how to add a second language to a web page?

    Hi,

    1/ You can check option for it via Customize > Homepage Options > Heading Latest Post on Homepage.

    2/ To add more languages for your site, please use plugin WPML or Polylang.

    And when you use one plugin above, for translate the text from the theme, you need to use pencilang shortcode like we said on the documentation here
