As seen in the attachment, when accessing wp-admin as other user role than an admin, there's still a "Pennews" item in the menu with its own empty subelement. They just redirect to wp-admin but they shouldn't be showing up.
Please tell me role of other user role than an admin and send me your website managment information ( admin url site, username and password ) in order for me to have access to know the exact issue. We will take it a look on this help you.
