I have successfully imported .dat and .txt files for ScienceLab demo, according to documentation. How do I get "About" and "Contact" pages for ScienceLab?

Files for the other home pages, please go to https://themeforest.net, login to your themeforest account and go to download page > re-download "All files and documentation" > after downloaded this package, extract it and open the folder. You will see folder have list of home page shortcode.
I am trying to import the blog page of the "Interior Multipurpose" theme into my blog landing page. Where can I get the shortcode for that so I can do as you suggested earlier?

You want see folder of list home page demo shortcodes then choose home page of demo you want use on your site
