The video widget on the sidebar is not displaying a container but only the URL as text. I tried disabling various plugins but none of them seem to be causing problems. It seems the video widget from WordPress doesn't support for your video format.
So, please try use this plugin to embed your mp4 video to your site.

Thank you, I also came to the conclusion that it is a Wordpress issue. I will upload to YouTube first, that seems to work.
