    Hi,

    Please go to customizer > Addtional CSS then add custom css to do that

    .penci-owl-featured-area.style-14 .penci-small_items .penci-item-mag {
        width: 200px;
       }

    You can change with is 200px to any width you want

    Hi,

    Please edit  featured slider shortcode then  go to "typo and colors" tab then change font size of big post.
