On the "Design Magazine Demo" - we're using Customize to config the homepage. So, if you want to edit this demo, you can edit via Customize by check this video tutorial.
Or if you want to use a page builder for your homepage ( like Elementor or WPBakery Page Builder plugin ) - please check this guide.

After installing an importing the Design Magazine Demo I'm not able to activate or edit the home page template as it shows in the demo.
I can edit all the categories but the home category.
When I try any other demo I can do it without any problem.
This is the home page that I want to use
