    Hi,

I just purchased the Soledad theme yesterday and am busy updating my website and customizing all the options. I'm  loving it so far.

I ran into trouble when I tried to add an Instagram Feed to my home page. According to Pixel Union, I was successful in getting a token (see screenshot), but the feed widget does not like it (see other screenshot).

    Any help is appreciated.

Ps. Also, according to Pixel Union, Instagram Tokens are going away. Will you provide an update with a different way to add Instagram Feeds to a site?

    Hi,

You need to fill your instagram username only - without  @   at the firstsmile.png

Thank you so much. Changing that and then reloading the page a few times worked for me.

Now I'm having trouble with the Facebook widget. My Facebook page is at https://www.facebook.com/AsaMariaBradley.Author/, which is what I have entered in the settings. Is there something else I need to do to get the content to show up? I've added attachments of what it looks like live on the site and in Elementor.

    Hi,

Please try save it and check again your site without editor mode from Elementor .

I did an save/update through the regular WordPress editor but am still having the same problem. See homepage at http://www.asamariabradley.com/.

Update: It seems to be specific to my computer only. The widget shows up on the mobile version and also on another computer, same browser as I'm using while developing (Chrome). So it must be a cashe or reloading thing. I'll work on it some more, but I can see the widget just fine on at least two other devices so it can't be the theme's problem. :-)

    Thanks for all your help!
