i created custom post types through CPT UI plugin. but some soledad features are missing from the custom posts. In the default post, some options are there like- "option for this post/page", "recipe", "review", "format". Those are not present in the custom posts.

Yeah, all that meta boxes doesn't supports for custom post type
Currently it just supports for post & page only.

To do that, you need to edit multiple php files.. And it take much time to do, and we don't provide support for requirements like that.
We will consider to add supports those meta boxes in the future updates.
