I just know this is a dumb question, but honestly I can't figure it out! Is there a way to link my client's blog posts (recent posts) to her main navigation and still have a static page with them listed on the bottom? I configured a work-around using a link to a category, but would love for that URL to just be: www.vanessamyers.org/blog
1/ Go to Dashboard > Pages > Add New a page "Blog" > and select "Template" for this page is "Custom Blog Page" - check this image - layout for this page will follow layout you selected via Customize > General Options > Category, Tags, Search, Archive Layout.
2/ Go to Appearance > Menus > click on "Pages" on the left side > select "Blog" page you've created on step 1 and add it to your menu.
