    Is it possible to change the design of the categories? Or does it touch on the code level?

    For example, remove the large category title.
    Also, the way the posts of each category are displayed.

    Hi,

    For hide the category title on category pages, please add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS:

    body.category .archive-box{ display: none; }

    For change layout of category pages, you can change it via Customize > General Options > Category, Tags, Search, Archive Layout.
