Hi, my recent posts widget is not sorting by date (see attachment). Also it is displaying 5 instead of 3 posts which I changed from the default. Please help?

    Hi,

This issue caused by your first 2 posts is sticky posts.

Please disable sticky posts for those 2 posts and this issue will gone.

Hi, I'm not sure what this has to do with sticky posts. I had sticky posts before and this was not an issue. Just something that came up today after I went through a number of pages to change feature images. Also one of the posts that are duplicated (see Crete article) has not been set to sticky (I've been trying to play around with various settings to see if something helps), but still duplicates. Also there is something wrong with the post order - the duplicate post (2nd Jan, Crete article) is appearing before the 5 Jan post (koufonisia article).

    Hi,

    1/ As I said, you've 2 sticky posts - this is one: https://prnt.sc/r2xzsl

I just un-sticky those posts and everything working fine now.

2/ The load more posts issue caused by plugin "Wordpress Hide Posts"

I just deactivate this plugin and everything working fine now.

    Hi,

1/ It doesn't repeat if your ajax working fine, but it will make your numbers posts to display on "Recent Posts Widget", "Popular Posts Widget"... and some other element doesn't display correct.

2/ Why you don't want to make it appears? If you don't want to make it appears in the list of posts. You should use Pages - NOT Posts.

3/ You can use featured tags to filter your posts on the slider, please do following steps:

    a) Create a new tag ( Posts > Tags ) - example:  featured

    b) Add this tag for all posts you want to display on the slider.

    c) Go to Customize > Featured Slider Options > on "Filter Featured Slider By" > select "Featured Tags" and fill the tag slug ( It's "featured" in my example ) to "Fill List Featured Tags for Featured Slider"

    Best Regards,
