    Hello Soledad Team,


    The Instagram Access Token Generator on PixelUnion is gone - not available any more. How can I generate an access token to associate it with the username?

    Hi,

    Thanks but it did not really help - the blog post is outdated. Even after following the Instagram/Facebook official developer guide to create a token the images do not display. It can be an issue with the Instagram Basic Display API itself because even if a test user is created, the User Token Generator button is not working. 

    I also went through the complex process but it did not help. https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-basic-display-api/overview#instagram-user-access-tokens

    I am having the same problem here. 

    The link to create the token - http://instagram.pixelunion.net simply returns the message instagram.pixelunion.net

    1000false
    Error message is displayed.

    Please advise an alternative way to create a token.

    Recently, Instagram just updated and change the API, we're working on this to find a solution. But it can take a few time for us to fixed itsmile.pngSo, please wait us for this.

    Currently, you can use plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/ to get your instagram feed images.

    Hi,

    One you install that plugin, how can you add that feed into the footer image? Because that is the issue - the Soledad Instagram feed widget is not working because of the access token issue associated with the API change.
