    I need to add my profile picture to the about me on the home page. I don't see that option? Please help. Thanks

    Hi,

    You can go to Appearance > Widgets > edit widget "Soledad About Me" > and put the about me image URL to "About Image URL:"

    And you can check this guide to know how to get URL of images you upload:

    hi guys! I have another issue but I am not being able to post a ticket. It keeps telling me to verify my purchase, which I dont know how. I dont understand what is happening, can someone please help me?!

    Hi @ana_travelguaplous:

    Is your support expired? If your support is expired, you can't be create a new ticket.

    Let's renew the support to create the ticket.

    Note: After renew the support, maybe you can take a few time to Envato API update your purchases and you can create a new ticket normal.
