We're using auto-update flatform from WP-Updates: http://wp-updates.com/ and it seems the updates flatform from them has issues, We're waiting for them to fix this issue. After download package "All files and documentation" - you need to extract it and open the folder you receive and use soledad.zip file for your install.
When I try to update from version 7.2.3 to 7.3.0 something goes wrong:

Now I have tried to update following your instructions, It still doesnt work:

You didn't do following the guide.
It seems you didn't read the point 1/
After download package "All files and documentation" - you need to extract it and open the folder you receive and use soledad.zip file for your install.
