    Hi, if i use pennews theme on one domain, can i use it on other domain?

    No - you can't.

    If you want to use this theme for more domains, you need to buy more licenses for it.

    Example:

    Use this theme for 2 sites, you need to buy 2 licenses.

    Use this theme for 5 sites, you need to buy 5 licenses.

    Use this theme for 7 sites, you need to buy 7 licenses.

    That's license policy for all WordPress themes on Envatosmile.png
