Yeah, on this demo - we're using Customize to config the homepage. Don't use page builder on that demo - that's why you don't see any homepage on Pages > All Pages.
If you want to use a page as a homepage, you can install plugin Elementor and check this video tutorial to know how to config homepage by use Elementor.
