    Hi, I am using the penci custom slider on the homepage, but autoplay is not working. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    Have you use latest version of this theme ( version 7.3.2 )?

    If not, let's try update the theme to latest version by do following this guide:

    https://pencidesign.ticksy.com/article/15633/

    After that, clearly the cache and check it again.

    If it still doesn't work, please send me your site admin url and admin account ( username and password  ) - in a private reply. I will take it a look on this help you.

    Hi, downloaded the latest version but autoplay is still not working. Not too keen on sending passwords over.

    Yeah, we've checked it and it seems an issues with our codes.

    We will add more this fixed in the next update version of Soledadsmile.png No worries about this.
