The issue was on our website. The solution was to disable all plugins and restarted adding them one by one. So now it all looks good on our side.
I think one of my questions were about this same issue. Your suggestion was that Lazy Loading of images may have been interfering with one of the installed plugins on our site. Perhaps, if you offer an option to disable Lazy Loading from the theme would help those of us who were working with other plugins.

I love your Theme and before purchasing it I made sure that it looked good on the mobile phone. It obviously did :)
When I built my website and loaded your theme, I'm now seeing the website from my phone as the image attached.
What would I need to do to make it look responsive and correctly?

Yeah, here is all options for disable lazyload images features from the theme:
Disable lazyload images on category mega menu on Customize > Logo and Header Options
Disable lazyload images on all layouts, widgets on Customize > General Options
Disable lazyload images on featured slider on Customize > Featured Slider Options
Disable lazyload images on single posts page on Customize > Single Post Options
