    Hello, How can I randomize the header and side banners?

    Hi,

    You can use plugin AdRotate to do that.

    After config your ads, copy the shortcode of AdRotate and paste it to sidebar ( by use "Text" widget ) and paste the shortcode to options for Google Ads inside Customize > Logo and Header Options - this option works with shortcode also.
