Ahh, It seems you've enable auto redirect to AMP version on mobile. Please go to Appearance > Customizer AMP ( not Customize ) > Advanced Settings > and un-check on "Show AMP for Mobile Viristors"
how can i make the home page ( the first page ) another page i made ( static page) to appear first when i open the website ?

It should works for both.
Please try clearly all the cache and check it again.
If it still doesn't work, make sure you don't enable mobile interface from Jetpack.
