I tried to change the style of the widget heading in the sidebar. I did it in the customizer in Vertical nav & Hamburger Menu Options > Widget > Sidebar Widget Heading Style. I always select one and usually it should change directly. Then I save it and publish it but it doesn't change.
If I imported a demo Theme before there is no problem. But I don't want to import a demo because then I can't change other stuff.

It seems you're using settings on wrong places
The settings you've changed use for change heading titles for Vertical nav & Hamburger Menu - like here: http://prntscr.com/rqunkk
If you want to change it for sidebar, please check options for it via Customize > Options & Colors for Sidebar
