1/ To remove "Subscribe my Newsletter" on homepage, please go to Appearance > Widgets > on "Header SignUp Form" > remove widget "Mailchimp for WP" inside it.
2/ To add google custom search to below the main menu, please do following steps:
a) Go to Customize > Header SignUp Form Options > un-check on "Move Header Sign-Up Form To Below Featured Slider"
b) Go to Appearance > Widgets > drag & drop widget "Google Custom Search" to "Header SignUp Form".
