We’ve used auto-update platform from WP-Updates: http://wp-updates.com/ ( It’s a paid service from a third-party company ) and it seems the updates flatform from them has issues and they didn’t fix it yet. We’re waiting for some weeks but they didn’t fix the issues, so maybe in the next updates, we will remove this flatform. I was trying to update the theme, but the below error message appeared:
Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
What does that mean and what should I do? I am using a child theme.
