I want to have a grid layout for one particular category but want to display different info under the post thumbnails in the category page rather than author name, category and all mentioned under all other category. (See thumbnail.png) image attached.
You can do that, but it takes too much time because you need to edit multiple php files to do that. And we don't provide support for requirements like that.

Wordpress provides option for adding custom fields to posts.
Isn't there a way to use a custom field in this theme?
Example: If i make a custom field Couple and fill it with value that i want to display under the pic.
Is it possible to capture that?
