    Hi,

    The quotes on my website don't look the same as on the demos ie no quotation mark icon and different fonts etc.

    Hi,

    If you're using new editor from WordPress, please use Classis element and use Blockquote from Classic element to get this quote - check this images:

    Hi PenciDesign

    I have tried this and it doesn't make any difference to the appearance of quotes.  Any other suggestions?

    Hi,

    It seems you're using blockquote style 2.

    Please go to Customize > Single Post Options > on "Blockquote Style:" select "Style 1"
