I'm trying to see how to import a NEW demo pages and I followed the instructions for WAY #2.  

I can't seem to find Regenerate Thumbnails.

After installed the plugin Regenerate Thumbnails, go to admin > Tools > Regen. Thumbnails > Click button "Regenerate All Thumbnails" and wait for it until it's done 100%

I want to view the WP Bakery Page info for these 2 pages on the FARM DEMO

2) http://pennews.pencidesign.com/pennews-farm-multipurpose/2018/07/01/we-also-supply-the-best-milk-to-the-market

I want these 2 pages on my website so that I can edit them.

I want you to explain why your directions are not working?  Where is admin>Tools> Regen Thumbnails??  WHERE is it?  Please screen shot for me.
