Hi sorry! I've reviewed the documentation and what feels like every setting but I can't figure out how to set the image for a page header.  Ideally I'd love it to use the featured image but being able to show any image is great.

Doh! I don't have those options. My "page header" area cuts off after "Colors" (see attachment)
