Thank you for loving our theme.
You can add it via Customize > Homepage Options > Heading Latest Posts for Homepage
And change the style for this heading via Customize > Colors for Homepage & Home Title Box Options

The option "Move Latest Posts To Above Featured Categories" apply for Featured Categories - not Featured Boxes.
If you want to do that, please use Elementor to config the homepage.
Let instlall Elementor plugin and check this video tutorial to know how to config homepage/page by use Elementor.
