2. Also, if i wanted to have to listed sub headings (H2) in my blog posts. How do i do that?
3. The share icons style options are pretty flat. How can i have their color same as the original icon colors (e.g. Blue for facebook, and instagram original gradient icon colors etc.)

Hi,
1/ It's simple shortcodes - you can found here ( use Classic block ) - there is no need for ducumentation.
2/ Unfortunately, this theme doesn't support for this feature.
3/ You can try enable social sharing style 2 via Customize > Single Post Options to do that.

I have tried the style 2 and it doesn't look anywhere close to the original icons (shaing.png), and very hard to see the icons.
I wanted something like this (sharing1.png)
Is there something wrong with my theme or settings?

You can change color of icons via Customize > Colors for Single.
