    Hi,

    i have a problem to install the soledad theme. It gve me a Error 500.

    In the install i have soledad theme and soledad child theme. The same problème with both.

    If i activate the theme, i can't reach my wordpress back-office and my ftp access too. I had to got to my hosting management to re-install wordpress.

    :(

    How could i fix it plz ?

    I'm looking forward to use this awesome theme.

    Hi,

    It seems you have a plugin caused this issue.

    Let's deactivate all plugins come from your old theme and try it again.

    Hi,

    it was about my php version.I was in 7.0 and was not compatible with my wordpress core, and less with the theme, i guess.

    So, i move in PHP 5.6 and it seems working now.

    Hi,

    You should update your WordPress to latest version and your PHP to version 7. Because now Wordpress version 5 requirements php version 7smile.png

    This theme works fine with PHP version 7.
