My website (bocafirst.org) was created by a web developer we hired to create it and give to us to maintain. He bought it. We cannot follow the manual installation guide to download the package. I can't even open a ticket. We updated the Soledad theme just fine for months using WP. But now we cannot. What is the process to handle this?
We’ve used auto-update platform from WP-Updates: http://wp-updates.com/ ( It’s a paid service from a third-party company - not from us ) and it seems the updates flatform from them has issues and they didn’t fix it. We’re waiting for some weeks but they didn’t fix the issues, so maybe in the next updates, we will remove this flatform. And from now, please do follow this guide to update this theme – It’s easy also and doesn’t affect anything to your site: https://pencidesign.ticksy.com/article/15633/
And you need to use purchased account to get the latest version of the theme from themeforest. No any other way.
Thank you PenciDesign. I want to make sure we understand each other. If we paid a web developer to create a site and they purchased the Soledad theme, we have to hire them again to do the manual install or purchase the theme a second time so we can get support or to download the zip for manual install when the 3rd party platform chosen by PenciDesign for the built-in Wordpress maintenance fails and is not fixed for months. We have to purchase it a second time correct?

I've have just downloaded the latest Soledad theme Soledad v7.3.2 but Wordpress is showing the following error:
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.
Would you be able to confirm what I need to do please.

You need to extract the download package and use soledad.zip file for your installation.

Yes. If you lose the account. You need to buy it again.

Thank you Penci Design for the instructions and video - my site has now got the latest theme running with no issues.
