    Is it possible to limit cookie consent banner to EU visitors only? Is there a code, shortcode or plug-in similar to the Category Country Aware WP plug-in that can display cookie notice to EU visitors only?

    Unfortunately, this theme doesn't support this feature. And we don't know plugins can do that..
