2/ Yes, you need this plugin for create recipe index. But if you don't need for use recipe card, just don't fill the fields for recipe card when you edit a post. It doesn't affect anything.
It nowhere. None of those contains the Plug in. Also if you look on the top, it suggests the Penci Recipe but it is not highlighted, meaning I do not have in inside the wordpress.

1/ You can create a new page and add your recipe index there.
For create an recipe index - please check this video tutorial ( watch to the end to understand all )
If you're using Gutenberg editor, please use Classic element - check this image - and you can see the editor as on the video tutorial.
After done, remove the category Recipe from the menu > and replace it with Recipe page you've created above.
2/ You didn't install plugin Penci Recipe. Let's go to Appearance > Install Plugins > and install & activate plugin Penci Recipe.

Yes, but I do not have the Penci Recipe Plug in in my Wordpress at all. I have deleted it 2 years ago, when I have decided not to use it anymore.
I have updated version of Soledad, but not the recipe plug in.
How do I individually download only this plug in please?
