We’ve used auto-update platform from WP-Updates: http://wp-updates.com/ ( It’s a paid service from a third-party company - not from us ) and it seems the updates flatform from them has issues and they didn’t fix it. We’re waiting for some weeks but they didn’t fix the issues, so maybe in the next updates, we will remove this flatform. I'm getting this error message when attempting to update my theme:
Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
I did purchase it twice for my two websites, could that be it?
