I am having an issue with the customization of borders around widgets. Even though I have designed them and see them live on the design page it self. When I publish, none of the borders project on the live site. Is there somewhere I need to override some settings somewhere? I have attached 2 screen shots. One of the customization and what it should look like, and the other of the live page, with the customization not present.

Have you clearly all the cache before check it again?
If you did it and it still doesn't work, please make your site live and show me your site URL to I can take it a look on this.
