    I want to change the language of my site. I have added a constant into WPLANG  in the wp-config.php file. It has changed the language of the dashboard but the site content still loads in English. 

    How do I do that?

    I figured out the issue. I have created a website on my sub domain but the penci blocks are not working properly. They are not fetching up the posts from the categories. 

    The Featured slider is also not fetching the posts.
