    how it looks full size when you click the picture ?

    Hi,

    By default, inside post content, if you insert your images to your content like this image - it will be open in lightbox when you click on the image.

    Also, make sure you don't check to Customize > Single Post Options > Disable Lightbox in Single

    Disable Lightbox not checked but it is not open lightbox ?

    Hi,

    When you insert images to your posts, have you select to link to "Media File" like this image ?
