    i want add background white color permanent on menu main when drag mose down. please help me ( like image 2 )

    Hi,

    The transparent menu will be apply for pages only.

    When you edit a page > scroll down and you can see option for enable transparent menu - let's check options & colors for transparent menu there. And keep the settings for your menu via Customize ( with white background & black text ) - it will appy for your menu when you scroll down.

    Can i apply all page in website ? or i must edit each page ?

    Hi,

    You can enable header transparent via Customize > Page Options > Enable Header Transparent

    And check colors options for header transparent via Customize > Colors for Header.
