    Hi

    I'm installed and configured on a demo theme of soledad, that on the homepage contains a SEND US A MESSAGE 

    is it supposed to work automatically?   https://imgur.com/8sq0P7e

    I added SMTP gmail plugin, tested it and the I get emails from WP.

    But the contact us field does not seem to work... the "loader" just keeps spinning

    Hi,

    If your hosting supports for mail, there is no needs for install SMTP gmail plugin.

    In the Soledad, we don't do anything affect to Contact Form 7 - there is only CSS for make it look good, so if you can't works with contact form 7, maybe you should check with your plugins first.

    Let's deactivate all plugins ( except Contact Form 7 ) and try it again.

    If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
