    Hi,

    We’ve used auto-update platform from WP-Updates: http://wp-updates.com/ ( It’s a paid service from a third-party company - not from us ) and it seems the updates flatform from them has issues and they didn’t fix it.
    We’re waiting for some weeks but they didn’t fix the issues, so maybe in the next updates, we will remove this flatform.
    And from now, please do follow this guide to update this theme – It’s easy also and doesn’t affect anything to your site:

    We’re sorry about this inconvenience.

    Best Regards,

    Hi,

    As I see you're using Customize to config the homepage, so you can use the header signup form to display the banner below the slider. Please do follow steps:

    1/ Go to Appearance > Widgets > drag & drop widget "Custom HTML" or "Image" to "Header SignUp Form" sidebar and put your banner on it.

    2/ If you want to display it for the homepage only, you can add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to make it show on the Homepage only ( by default, it shows on all pages ):

    .penci-header-signup-form{ display: none; }
    body.home .penci-header-signup-form{ display: block; }

    Best Regards,

    PenciDesign
