I have a couple of questions regarding my freshly build site (with which I am very happy) with the Soledad theme. Hopefully you can answer the questions.
I can not update the WPbakery plugin. It gives an error that I do not have a proper license. How can I update the plugin?
Google analytics does not seem to work a 100%. The bounce rate is around 2% which is an indication that something is wrong. Is there a way to put the code manually in the header (maybe this solves the error). I am making use of the child theme version
Regarding the sitespeed there are several comments when I run some tests (I have followed your approach already for sitespeed by installing autoptimize and W3 total cache). Please refer to the attached printscreens. Do you have any ideas or suggestions about how to fix these comments?
Is there a way to make the featured image load first when a blogpost is opened? I think the featured image is loaded at last in not in the beginning. For the user experience I think it's better if it's loaded first.
1/ To update WPBakery Page Builder, please do following steps:
a/ Download latest version of WPBakery Page Builder from this URL - click to download it.
b/ Go to Plugins > All Plugins > deactivate & delete old version of WPBakery Page Builder.
c/ Upload latest version of WPBakery Page Builder you got on step 1 - And you will get latest version of this plugin.
Note: In the next time, you can do the same this steps to update WPBakery Page Builder plugin, when WPBakery has new version, we will update the latest plugin file to the link I sent above ( maybe it can late a bit 1-2 days after new version from WPBakery released )
2/ If so, you can try put google analytics to Customize > Logo and Header Options > Add Custom Code inside <head> Tag

3/ Thank you for the manual. I ran the pagespeed insights test (refer to attachment). My main opportunities lie within:
"remove unused javascript" - seems to be mainly caused by autoptimize. Should I deactivate autoptimize?
"eliminate render blocking services" - according to your provided link this can be solved by using the plugin "Async JavaScript plugin", but it is noted that the use of this plugin could lead to technical problems. Do you have any experience with the plugin?
"remove unused css" - seems to be mainly caused by autoptimize. Should I deactivate autoptimize?
"Minimize main-thread work" - Do you have any idea how to fix this?
"Ensure text remains visible" - I actually understand what they mean by this, namely a flash when the font is loaded. I am using "opensans" font. For more info refer to: https://web.dev/font-display/?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=unknown. Do you have any suggestions how to fix this?

3/ Let's see:
Remove unuse Javascript: It caused by your recaptcha, javascript ads, google ads javascript, analytics scripts, .... This Javascript can't be minified.
We will consider to fix this issue in the next update version of Soledad theme. Maybe the fontawesome we've loads inside style.css caused this issue.
That's not the issues. Google always recommend you do this when you do use any minify CSS plugin.
That's issues related with server responsive time, it recommend you use an CDN like MaxCDN or CDNSun

About the google analytics code, I have checked it multiple times. The strange thing is that everything works except for the bounce rate. I will try to contact google.
Furthermore I am looking forward to a new update of the Soledad theme. Any idea when this update will be there?
