If you looking for move the customization data from parent theme to child theme - please use plugin Customizer Export/Import.
Let's install this plugin, and do following steps:
1/ Go to activate parent theme, and go to Customize > Export/Import > and export Customization data of parent theme > you will get a .dat file.
2/ Go to activate child theme, and go to Customize > Export/Import > and import the .dat file you got on step 1.

You don't need for use child theme to do that, you can put it inside options from the theme.
If it required to put the code inside <head> tag - you can add it via Customize > Logo and Header Options > Add Custom Code Inside <head> Tag
If it required to put the code before close </body> tag - you can add it via Customize > Footer Options > Google Analytics Code.
If it required to put the code before open <body> tag - you can add it via Customize > Logo and Header Options > Add Custom Code After <body> Tag
