    I need to add my feature images and optimal image size for google is a 1:1 ratio and it is recommended for bloggers currently to use 1200X1200 pixels. When I upload a photo as a featured image with these specifics it does not fit properly. Can I edit something on the theme to better fit these specifics?

    Also, When I add a featured image it seems to zoom in on my image no matter what size it is. How can I adjust this? I don't want all of my images zoomed in as they don't look like they fit into the image box.

    Hi,

    You can do that by go to Customize > General Options > on "Featured Image Type" > select "Square Size"

    Ok, I will do so is there a reason it zooms in on feature images? Is there a way to change that?

    Ok, the slider zooms in on the photos is there a way to change that?

    Hi,

    I think you can try with Slider Style 9smile.pngChange it via Customize > Featured Slider Options > Featured Slider Style.

    The posts on the homepage as featured posts are those by date or how can I decide which to show on the homepage? Not the slider I am talking about the ones below that.

    Hi,

    Yes, by default the posts on the homepage will display your latest posts by date.

    You can exclude all posts display on the slider on the latest posts on homepage via Customize > Featured Slider Options > Exclude All Posts on the Featured Slider in Latest Posts on Homepage

    Or exclude a category from latest posts on homepage via Customize > Homepage Options > Exclude specific categories from latest posts on Homepage
