How to show the logo on mobile navigator

    I have two questions need help.

    1) How to show the logo on mobile navigator?

         I already set the logo setting (See figure_ Logo setting)

         But it dose not show up in mobile (mobile_Nav_Logo)

    2) The featured picture displayed on PC well (featured picture_PC)

         But these is some problem when I use mobile phone to view the page especially when I using iphone. (mobile_Nav_featured picture)

    Hi,

    1/ Logo for Vertical Mobile Nav will be displayed when you click here

    For enable logo on horizontal mobile navigation - please check option for it via Customize > Logo and Header Options > Display Logo on Horizontal Navigation on Mobile

    2/ It seems you have a plugin caused this issue. Please try deactivate all plugins ( except plugins come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

    By the way, before trying to deactivate the plugins for testing. 

    There is a additional description for the problem No.2.

    The featured pictures could be displayed well on PC also "Android mobiles "

    It seems the problem appears only on iphone.


    Do I still need deactivate the plugins for testing or there is some settings might solve this issue?

    Hi,

    1/ To make that logo doesn't display on mobile - please go to Customize > Logo and Header Options > and un-check on "Display Logo on Horizontal Navigation on Mobile"

    2/ Yes, let's do that and check your site again on anonymous browsers on mobile to get correct results.

    Hi ,

    It's dose not work after I deactivate all the plugins, there are still display problem for some pictures.

    Please advise what's the next step.

    Hi,

    If so, you can try deactivate lazyload images from the theme via:

    Disable lazyload images on category mega menu on Customize > Logo and Header Options 

    Disable lazyload images on all layouts, widgets on Customize > General Options 

    Disable lazyload images on featured slider on Customize > Featured Slider Options 

    Disable lazyload images on single posts page on Customize > Single Post Options


    After that - clearly all the cache and check it again.
