    Hi,


    The Soledad Instagram Feed widget isn't working properly. It no longer displays all the posts and instead shows blank grey squares - see attachment. I have tried deleting it and adding it again - that made no difference.


    Can you please advise on what's going on?

    Hi,

    Please make sure you're using latest version of Soledad ( 7.3.3 ). If not, let's update it to latest version by do following this guide.

    After that, go to Appearance > Widgets > drag & drop widget "Soledad Instagram Feed" to your sidebar - replace with old instagram widget > click on link to get Instagram Token and ID  and config other fields & save it. And check it again.

    Thanks - I've done the update but the Instagram feed is still not working. Can you please advise?


    Also, can you advise on how we will know when an update is due. I no longer get automatic reminders in my Wordpress dashboard and even when I went to the appearance section of my site and look at themes, it didn't say that an update was available.

    Hi,

    When we update the theme, you will get a notice update email from Envato Market.

    You also can check the latest update version on update changelog here

    For instagram issue, this is strange because I just checked it from my-end and I see it still working fine.

    Can you please try again with this plugin to see it work or not?
