    I cannot update my theme due to the following error. Please see attached. 

    I have spoken to my hosting provider and they do not understand why the theme update requires this php. 

    Please advise what I can do to update my theme.

    Hi,

    The hosting provder control all the functions from PHP itself - we can't do anything if they don't allow for it.

    So, please contact with your hosting provider and requirement them allow for your site this function..

    Because we can't be touch anything to your hosting.
