Yeah, I just checked your site and I see the developer has been hidden it by him codes.
And I see he has modified too many things from our theme.. It changes the theme structure..
I just can help you put it back, but it's not really good when everything from the theme has been changed because we can't be help you in the future if you have any issue caused by the him codes.
Please try add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to do that:
@media only screen and (min-width: 961px){
nav#wp-megamenu-main-menu, #top-search.shoping-cart-icon{ display: inline-block; }

You can make it display by go to Customize > Woocommerce > General > and un-check on "Hide Shopping Cart Icon on Header"
