I have a few questions related to our site. The first involves the use of videos in articles. For some reason, the videos do not conform to mobile devices and bleed over into the side of screens. How can we correct this so that videos are displayed normally?
Secondly, our current Soledad theme is 7.2.3 and won't update to 7.3.0. I also noticed there is a 7.3.3 option. How can we ensure that we can get the proper updates that we need for our site?
1/ That issue caused by a plugin from you. Please try deactivate all plugins ( except plugins come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
If there is a caching plugin caused the issue - please go to settings of that plugin and select to disable lazyload video/iframe - and this issue will be fixed.
2/ We’ve used auto-update platform from WP-Updates: http://wp-updates.com/ before ( It’s a paid service from a third-party company - not from us ) and it seems the updates flatform from them has issues and they didn’t fix it.
We’re waiting for some weeks but they didn’t fix the issues, so maybe in the next updates, we will remove this flatform. And from now, please do follow this guide to update this theme – It’s easy also and doesn’t affect anything to your site: https://pencidesign.ticksy.com/article/15633/ We’re sorry about this inconvenience.
