Here i am attaching an image the problem is i want to move on with the theme but in this theme the problem i face is that this side menu never goes i have tried multiple options, i want a header menu to be displayed and the rest space can be taken by the page below.
Please help me with how i can achieve that it will be really grateful thanks

That's vertical navigation - you can disable it via Customize > Vertical Nav & Hamburger Menu Options > un-check on "Enable Vertical Navigation"
