    How do I change the blog subscription message when people have already subscribed but not clicked the confirmation link yet? 

    The default message is incorrect. It should read..."You subscribed *TO* this site before, but you..."

    Hi,

    As I can see you're usign subscrible from Jetpack plugin.

    So, please check settings from that plugin to know how to change it.
